Transfer Fees

Transfer fee covers all costs that the Dawn Lake Homeowners Association will incur when transferring the ownership records from the lake property seller to the buyer. Our DLHOA transfer fees also include funds that are held in the Dawn Lake Preservation Reserve Fund - click here to learn more about this fund.
