Dawn Lake is a beautiful and unique private lake community in Sun City - Phase II - in Maricopa County, Arizona. With 37 acres and over 2 miles of shoreline, Dawn Lake homeowners, tenants and guests enjoy the beauty of lake life—nature, fishing, boating, swimming and a variety of water activities.

The management of Dawn Lake is conducted through a Homeowners Association (HOA) that is overseen by an elected Board of Directors. HOA Board meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month (except for June-September) - details will be on the "Calendar" page.

This website is primarily for Dawn Lake homeowners: Access meeting minutes | financials | bylaws, (CC&Rs), committee lists & contact info, homeowner rosters, information decks, archived newsletters and much more! Tenants and guests have access to all public areas of the site—check us out, Dawn Lake might be right for you!
