Dawn Lake is a beautiful and unique private lake community in Sun City - Phase II - in Maricopa County, Arizona.

With 37 acres and over 2 miles of shoreline, Dawn Lake homeowners, tenants and guests enjoy the beauty of lake life - including swimming, fishing and a variety of water activities.

The management of Dawn Lake is conducted through a Homeowners Association (HOA) that is overseen by an elected Board of Directors. HOA Board meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month (except for June-September) - details will be on the "Calendar" page.  

This website is primarily for use by Dawn Lake homeowners: Access meeting minutes | financials | bylaws, (CC&Rs), committee lists & contact info, homeowner rosters, archived newsletters and much more! 

Visitors do not need to register to view public areas of the site - explore, maybe Dawn Lake is for you!

NEW site Members: If you own property on Dawn Lake  and want full access to this site please submit a "member request." Click the “Register” link in the upper-right-hand corner of the site and complete the process.  If you are a tenant it's the same process - you will be able to access the resident lists.

RETURNING site Members: If you need to make changes in your "Member" or "Account" setting(s) (change your password or update your contact info*) click on your name in the upper-right-hand corner to open the drop down menu. This is also where you can fully log out of the site.  

*PLEASE NOTE: Changes to your information on the "Resident by Dock Number" and/or the "Resident by Name" lists cannot be made online - please contact HOA Board Secretary, Laurie Dykstra at: [email protected].

You will see changes to our website moving forward – we want this site to be a “well used” resource for  homeowners – keep checking back!
